"I’m honestly shocked at all of these positive reviews, mostly because I’m in disbelief that my experience is the FIRST time something like this has happened. This dog, my baby, has been my entire life for over a decade. I don’t even know my adult life without him, and I am struggling to navigate my new life every day. I rescued this dog, unexpectedly, and he rescued me for the next 11 years. I trusted this company with my baby. I received his ashes and paw print back, as expected. Everything was beautiful. But I had also ordered a silver necklace of his nose print. I wanted to keep as much of him close to me as possible. After a month, I became concerned that I still hadn’t received it, and contacted them. They reached out to my partner (because her phone number was on file) and let us know that the company that makes the jewelry never received the impression. They took ONE impression, and put it in the regular mail with absolutely no tracking information available. It’s just gone. I understand that mistakes happen. I sincerely do. But when handling something so precious, certain precautions should be put in place. A backup impression and a shipping method with tracking available, is not asking for a lot. My baby consists of ashes in a box. There are no redos. I will never have this piece of him. It feels like the wound of losing him has just been ripped open again. I hope this experience will at least serve as a lesson for this company to take more care in the future. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone else, and truly hope no one else ever has to experience it."

"Such a terrible situation and time for us losing our 8 y/o pug. But, Bill came out and opened the business at 1230 in the morning after an ice storm to accommodate us after just losing our baby an hour earlier. He was so very kind. He laid out our baby "Mouse" in a viewing area so we could spend a little more time with him. Took care of us and our needs and had our "Mouse" back home to us in less then 1 1/2 business days."
