"This was my first visit to Primary Eye Care of Arlington. (New to the area). From scheduling the initial appointment to the visit today, the follow up and communication was first rate. My appointment today was very thorough. Every staff member was helpful and polite. The optometrist was very caring and thorough when handling a potential issue with one of my eyes. My only comment is it appears the website needs updating to ensure the current staff is represented on the webpage. Thank you."

From the eye exam with the tech to the final visit with the doctor, everything was top notch with a smooth process in between. "If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been given nothing but the run around. The person that answers the phone is rude and no help at all. I was charged for test they didn't ask me if I wanted they just did them and charged me almost $300.00 for them. I have been charged $1500.00 for glasses and contacts still have neither after over 2 weeks. No help with getting either one resolved. Was told there was a $300. rebate and they want to give me a gift card to places I won't use other than giving agift card i can use anyplace. They came highly recommended and I'm highly disappointed with them."
"Awesome experience! Everyone was very friendly and professional! As soon as I checked in I was called back. The girl who did all my tests was really nice, she explained every test before she did them. Dr Henson and her intern were very thorough with the eye exam. They took the time to discuss everything in detail. The girl that helped me with my glasses, was really nice, and explained everything on the bill, I knew what I was paying for before I left, with no surprises. I will definitely go back, and highly recommend."
