"The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. My appointment time was 2:30. Signed in at 2:10 and they called me to the check in desk at 2:45. I was then taken back at 2:55. Doctor came into my exam room at 4:00. He was in with me for no more than 15 minutes. Needed blood work and was taken to another room to wait with 3 other people before me, at 4:25. I explained politely that I was unable to stay any longer. I truly feel that my time is never taken into consideration. There is no reason that a general check in/check up/refill medication appointment should take more than an hour of my time. I am currently seeking a new practice/doctor after this weeks experience."

I have had so many bad experiences with doctors in the past that just rush you through and just act annoyed you are there. Jason has always treated me with respect and patience. "My first time visit with Dr. Ramune Filipcic was Wed. Oct 4th. My visi with her was excellent. She knew a lot about me and what was going on with me because she had taken the time to read my chart and I was very impressed by that. I found her easy to talk to and she listened to my concerns. All other staff members from the front desk to the back were very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Filipcic to my family and friends. My overall experience at the Cordova Clinic was very great."
