"My family and I have been patients of Doctor Dobransky’s for more than a decade, and we have been long used to the consummate professionalism of the staff in his office, as well as his vast knowledge and skill. For as many years as we have known him however, and for all of the years I have been recommending him to friends, I was still immensely surprised recently at the lengths he will go to, to ensure that his patients receive dental care of the highest caliber. I needed to have a crown replaced in the front of my mouth, and after receiving it, I received some feedback from friends and family that the lab-prepared crown was of a slightly different color than the adjacent teeth. (Dr. Dobransky was fastidious about checking the color at the time he put it in, but it darkened slightly after being in my mouth for a few weeks, prompting me to call his office.) Dr. Dobransky’s staff got me in immediately, and Dr. Dobransky wasted no time in telling me that he was going to correct the problem free of any charge, and personally see to it that I was beyond happy with the results. He asked the gentleman who creates the crowns in the lab to be present for my appointment, to make sure that my result was as perfect as possible. Ultimately I was left with a result that is even better than anything I could have imagined or hoped for. I am beyond confident in saying you won’t find a better dentist anywhere. I could not possibly recommend Dr. Dobransky and his staff more highly. Five stars are insufficient."
