"My second unpleasant visit to Johnson family dental. The first time I came for an appointment they did not explain how much the appointment was going to cost or that was going to take two appointments until after I received the first appointment on my second visit, I was told to swallow my fluoride treatment. This gave me terrible heartburn acid reflux burps that smelled like nail polish remover and a screaming headache upon researching whether to swallow or spit fluoride treatment. Every website I came across clearly stated that this should be spit out... I wasn't given this option and when I called to discuss my discomfort I was given the cold shoulder and hung up on... Terrible bedside manner..."

"I've been going to Johnsons Family Dental for awhile now. The service is pretty good except for last couple of times I've gone. I've had my dentist changed on me 2 times without being notified and last time they had me waiting over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment scheduled. Today was the final straw when they changed my appointment I had scheduled for months to an earlier time. They didn't bother to call me they just changed the time and sent me a text to confirm my appointment. I've worked in customer service so it would have been nice for them to call me first and let me know they are changing my appointment time not just change it and expect me to make last minutes accommodations at my job. Communication goes a long way."

"They definitely do a good job with cleanings and other appointments since I’ve been going here but getting an appointment is another story. A lot of my appointments have been canceled due to the hygienist being out or on vacation and my appointment is rescheduled months later. This has happened multiple times resulting in me not getting regular cleanings and my teeth suffering the consequences. The consequences being needing more thorough and expensive cleanings and my gingivitis worsening without being able to have a check up. At my last appointment I scheduled an appointment for 6 months out in January. I put the date and my calendar and as the date approached I didn’t receive appointment reminders so I called to confirm my appointment. The informed me I didn’t have any appointment scheduled although I made the appointment in person and offered to put me on the cancellation list which in my years of going to this dentist office I have never received a call about getting an appointment off that list. I asked how far out they were book and they said August, 8 months out!! I will be looking for a new dentist because my dental health is not going to suffer at the expense of them constantly accepting new patients when they cannot take care of the patients they do have."

"I had very pleasant experience with Dr. Jamie and Nicole in hygiene. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience was at Johnson Family Dental. I was greeted by the warm and welcoming front desk staff Devan and Krystal, both exceptional. Yahaira, the assistant, was very calm and pleasant when taking me back to the room. The office treated me like family and and showed a deep desire to provide the best possible care. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs!"
