"i have never had an issue with this dr office. my sister and I went here as children, and i am now bringing my own daughter. she had an appt scheduled for her 9 month check up, and i called to get it rescheduled due to work issues a day before she hit 9 months. receptionist rescheduled with no problem as i again stated it was for her 9 month checkup!! the day comes and they won’t see her because she’s not 9 months (literally hits 9 months the next day). ok fine no worries, we even reschedule for dec 22. dec 22 comes and no one is at the office!! mind you the dr office is 30 mins away from us!!! no one called to let us know they would be closing early and if our appt would be impacted. no one answered the phone and their emergency line was no help as they told me they should still be open. today is now jan 5 and we have YET to hear back from them with some type of apology at the LEAST. my daughter’s dad went today to get the shot records so we can take her to another dr. they were so RUDE to him and even told him “no one is going to stop seeing patients to print some shot records” when it literally took them 2 seconds!!! furious is not the word!! but we will be taking our child elsewhere, please reconsider before taking your child."

"Dr. Jones has cared for my 5 children for about 19 years. She been seeing us so long we feel like she is our family. I recommend. Her to all my family members. My son is a senior. This year he has asked what am i going to do. Lol he dont want a new dr. We love her. By far the best Peds doctor i ever met."

"Looking into finding another pediatric for my child but if you decide to go here, choose anyone EXCEPT Dr.Watson. She is extremely unprofessional. Got upset because there was some medications I wasnt comfortable with giving my child again and again because the effects and of course as a parent you ask questions and state concerns, she got really upset and told me if I didn't like the way she does things that I need to find another doctor. I stated my reasons and instead of her being professional, she wanted to argue with me and walked out while I was still talking to her. So NO. Wouldn't refer her to anyone I know even if she was the last doctor on earth. She doesn't even properly diagnose what's going on with my child. Took her to le bonheur and the ENT and they highly was confused on why she prescribed me things my child didnt even need."
