"When I arrived Orthroone, I thought I had found the perfect doctor office. The staff was very friendly and prompt service. Once I spoke to the doctor I realized I was in wrong the place, he didn't seem to care about my pain that I was dealing with. He just wanted to go straight to his script on my surgery need, no stopping in between to asked questions or raised concerns. Had to wait until he finished saying what how he was going to handle my surgery. I won't be going back."

"I love Ortho One Dr. Jeff Dlabach and Marcus Biggers at Colierville are great, I have been seeing Dr. D 16 years has has awsome bedside manner has worked on my knees and shoulder. Dr. Pickering has the bed side manner of a Rock, he is blunt and just a hateful guy, great doctor but rude and arrogant. Don't waste your time in OB go to Collierville and be pleaased."

"I have had two knee replacements, four rotator cuff repairs, and one foot surgery, all done by Ortho One. Having been to several other orthopedic clinics during my 69 years (that happens when you ride motorcycles), I have a basis for comparison. I would never dream of going anywhere else and have nothing other than praise for most of the doctors and their staff, including the physical therapy department. The exception to my endorsement is Marcus Biggers. Avoid at all costs!"

"The doctor did an alright job but i would highly discourage anyone from using their physical therapy. I asked Tequina about the price before my appointment. I pay 100% until my deductible and am moving soon so i did not want to use insurance. The cash price was more that several other PTs i had called. Tequina LITERALLY stopped me from walking out of the door, said she would ask the PT if we could work something out. She came back with a great deal and i confirmed we would leave my insurance out of it. She even showed me a post-it not to bill BCBS. When i check my insurance portal I had been billed 6x the price we agreed on. Thinking there was a mistake i went to talk to her and she denied everything, said all we agreed to was pay $50 toward my deductible instead of normal $200/100, then they would bill me for the remainder. How would this stop me from walking out if it's going to wind up paying the same amount? Why was my insurance billed when i clearly stated not to? Why was my insurance billed $295 when I was told the first visit is $200? But after I canceled my appointment because I won't give my money to liars Tequina brought the PT out to guilt trip me. These people are predatory liars who will say or do anything to get you locked into their subscription model."

"Ortho One is NUMBER ONE as far as I'm concerned....they are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Dr. Pickering and his staff are the BOMB Diggity as my son put it after we left there. We won't go anywhere else from now on. We have been there 5 times now and after going to Campbell Clinic first the way we were treated there is what made us go to Ortho One in the first place.....so I guess you could say we "thank Campbell Clinic for treating us so badly" because if it wasn't for the way they treated us, we wouldn't have gone to Ortho One and found the BEST DOCTORS on the planet!!! I wouldn't recommend any other place to go for a broken bone....YOU GUYS ROCK!!!"
