"Have tried to use this vet for almost 18 months, however have been unable to get our dog seen on a weekend as the vet is not in, and the staff has become increasing rude or belligerent. They were amazing to work with at first but it seems turnover or something has really changed their service."

"Nice staff and fair prices. Wish they would utilize Care Credit so that large vet bills could be financed versus paying big bills all at once. I've mentioned this at least 3 times to them over time, and there's no change still. Dunno why this can't be accommodated when so many other offices offer this convenience. Other than that, I do like the place."

"Olive Branch Animal Clinic is just minutes from my home. This is the second time in a year I’ve had an emergency with one of my dogs on a Saturday. I’m aware they close at noon. Last time I arrived at 11:55 with my dog seizing in my arms. They told me they couldn’t help as they were about to close. They were rude, but did end up seeing her, but not BEFORE I had to go back home and get payment because I literally left without my purse. It was not a pleasant experience at all. This time we have a new puppy, that suddenly became totally unresponsive. We arrived at 11:40, with an unresponsive puppy loosing her bowels, and were told they weren’t taking any new patients. I exclaimed that it was an emergency!! They didn’t care. They referred us to Memphis. The next closest vet was Center Hill. We arrived at 11:57, just as they were closing, but they ushered us straight back. They told us she would have never made it to Memphis. She’s still unresponsive, but on an IV for fluids until they do more test. Plain and simple, OB had no compassion for a gravely ill puppy. I told them as much when I left screaming they f-ing sucked, and I even cleaned up the diarrhea our puppy left on their floor. I wish I could give negative stars. I will never, EVER go back again. I just hope the time I wasted there doesn’t impact the survival chances of our puppy."

Also, they are very affordable on their prices. In fact, they are the most affordable small animal clinic I have ever been too! Thank you Olive Branch Animal Clinic!"
