"We scheduled an appointment here for location convenience, but we were not pleased with the service provided. We anticipated two eye exams with one being contact fitment for my son. During the appointment they wanted us to schedule another appointment just to fit my son for contacts. Apparently this information was not noted at the time of scheduling nor properly disseminated. In addition, the technician refused to adjust my son’s current pair of glasses after they found out we wanted contacts and weren’t purchasing glasses there. The reason for appointment should be inquired about by the office and noted on patient paperwork prior to a patient’s scheduled arrival. We have never been to a medical office that requires separate appointments for a standard exam. Overall, it seemed that this office really wanted us to purchase lenses there and even possibly bill our insurance for another visit. We will be making the drive to our previous optometrist."

"Went for scheduled appt, person at front desk said she TRIED to call me to reschedule. However, I had no missed calls or voicemail from the clinic. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Maybe the next person will have better customer service skills"

"I had a wonderful experience here a few days ago. I didn't read any reviews before going and after reading them tonight I have to wonder if a lot of folks went to the same place I did. Dr. Schaeffer and all of the staff members I interacted with were professional, helpful, patient and thorough. I had some small cysts removed and have made another appointment for an exam. While I was there I saw employees helping folks (young and old) select frames. Everyone seemed pleased and were all smiles. I also saw how the staff treated a mom with a young daughter. Splendid customer service. I am thrilled to have found this eye clinic."
