"DeSoto ETN is a very professional doctor's office. The office staff is pleasant. When you call to make an appointment, they never seem bothered by answering the phone or answering any questions. The NP took time with me and did not try to rush me through the appointment, even though they were quite busy. She followed up on test results and answered all the questions I had. I feel like I am finally on the right path to feeling better. If there was a 10 Star system, DeSoto ENT deserves a 10!"

"Sooo ridiculous! The wait is Horrendous ! I have been here since 12:45 and didn’t get called back till 2:30! And I only was seen for five minutes ! Be prepared to wait. I was the 3rd person to sign in and they called 7 people before us! I am never coming to this place again! The front desk person was absolutely rude ! No good customer service at all. Except for the doctor he has great customer service skills."

He worked with us to coordinate my sons surgery with another surgeon.. even came to the surgery center on a day he doesn’t normally do procedures, so that my son would only have to go under general anesthesia once. He goes above and beyond for his patients and so does his office staff! I cannot recommend this office more! We live in Memphis and drive to Desoto County just to see Dr. Colvin."

I followed up with the Nurse Practitioner post-op who was also kind and knowledgeable.
