"If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was referred here last year. I went for a well woman exam, but they only did bloodwork no pap. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Then I had to pay $60 for them to tell me my results over the phone. I tried my luck again this year after unsuccessfully finding a new PCP. The lady who made the appointment told me that I had to be “specific” when letting them know what all I wanted done. Cool, I did that. Left work early today to make it to my appointment only to be told when I got there that the “pap machine” had just broken. Never heard of this machine before today. No call, text, or anything. I would only be able to get STD testing and would have to reschedule the pap or I could reschedule everything. I just left. I really do not like this facility at all!!!"

"To be honest, I have been with the clinic since almost the beginning. I have always like the staff. Receptionist is the best, her greeting is always warm. They always address your concerns. I have seen several NP but they all have been great. However, now the NP I’m always having a problem with my medication. I did try to stay to work it out with another NP because I don’t like changing doctors but now I have too. I truly would like to say thank you Otylia Primary Care. God Bless"

"First time visiting this place with my mom today. They have very caring staff and doctor Porter did a very thorough exam on my mom and showed a lot of compassion towards my mom and her symptoms. She sent me to get more thorough tests done immediately, which ruled out that a stroke had occurred. I am looking forward to my mom's follow up visit with her this week. The nurse was very helpful and patient as well. Thanks so much guys"
