"If I could give 0 I would it's 45 mins past our appointment time and at 4:15 there is absolutely no one left in the waiting room. And we are still waiting. This place is far from organized."

"Can’t make a follow up appointment or an appointment in general at the front desk. There’s no point for the front desk staff because we all check in on a tiny tablet. Please update the flexibility for appointment scheduling. Calling a week or two before the doctor tells you to come back isn’t available when we do call since they’re always booked up a month or two ahead. And update the scheduling system to 60-90 days ahead at the time of the current visit."

"These doctors they have there are very sorry worst of the worst. Have been there many multiple times to take my son when he is sick. They never want to see him, plus make us wait anywhere from 4 to 8 hours at a time to be able to see him. If he wasn't sick I wouldn't need these sorry doctors. They only want to see him when he's fine and doing good. You (doctors)are supposed to see anyone specially a child that's sick and not send them home cause no one cancel. I urge all parents that if you have sense and love your child please take them somewhere were they will be treated right and as a person. These doctors are lazy. Unprofessional, and unreasonable when it comes to helping a child in need. Please take your kids or children to other more professional doctors for their good and yours as a parent."

"My appointment was at 10am. I was called back before I could get my paperwork filled out. I saw the nurse and nurse practitioner before I could finish my paperwork. Got my blood work done, still not finished. I had to sit in reception to finish. Everyone was friendly , helpful and efficient. I was in my car by 11am. Lost my job and insurance because of Covid. Couldn’t draw unemployment because I worked for a non profit who never paid into unemployment. This place is Godsend. They set me up for a mammogram which I haven’t had for 3 years. Thank you CCHS!"
