"No matter if you have an appointment or not you still won't get called to the back until 1hr or later of the appointment. This has happened to me twice. The staff at the location are great but that wait time with an appointment already scheduled is the reason why I will never go back!"

"Horrible healthcare. If you go expect to wait hours (literally, no exaggeration). Nurses practitioner are a hit or miss. The nurses are somewhat nice usually sitting around laughing on phones while people are in lobby waiting to be seen. This place is a joke in healthcare industry. And no, it’s not a one time occurrence. I have been there 3 different times and the quickest I have been seen was 3 hours."

"All the staff was great. Although I was the 2nd person to sign in, I had about 30 min in lobby then after triage and the test done it was 45 min waiting. I have diabetes and my sugar dropped and they did t have anything to give me while I waited. Seems like all offices should have a supply of juice or glucose tablets on hand for such an occasion. My husband drove across the street and got me a soft drive and peanut butter crackers."

"There is nothing “fast” about this clinic. I’ve been here probably four times because it’s so close to my house. Each time has been with a very sick child and we have waited no less than two hours. Reserving your spot in line does nothing, I still waited an hour and a half. The staff and nurses are nice and I’ve never had a problem with them."

"This place is absolutely not the move. I’ve been here twice and both times were wrecks. The first time they sent me away, which I can understand if they don’t have the resources to help me. But today was over the top insane, rude, and unprofessional from the staff. I had an appointment for 3:30 and got back to a room at 3:40, so that wasn’t awful. After my vitals were taken by the nurse I sat in the room for over an hour listening to the nurses gossip, laugh, and overall have fun while I and other people were waiting to be cared for. I walked out and wasted $25 and almost 2 hours of my time. The woman before me left as well due to not being seen from anyone, and when she would ask about the times that she would go back the staff was absolutely rude to her. 0 stars for sure, don’t waste your time coming here for any reason."
