"It was easy to book an appointment is about the best I can say about the place. The young girl at the front desk when I arrived spent was inattentive and spent her whole time on the cellphone even when she was trying to give me paperwork to fill out, which this should have been a red flag to go elsewhere. I had hospital discharge papers to be referred to a specialist. They told me they would take care of it right away. Something that could be life threatening and it took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get a referral appointment set up thru them. When they did set up a referral after I finally messaged them thru their app they set up an appointment 60 miles away when there are specialist right here in the area. I had to go out and find another doctor to handle my medical in the meantime. This clinic is negligent."
"I visited this facility on 8/3/2023 to get my annual blood work for the year and also to search for a local Primary Care facility. I explained to the FNP Chelsea that I was there for my Annual, however, I would not be needing a Pap Smear, because I have an OBGYN. She acknowledged, and ordered my blood work to be drawn and asked me to leave a Urine Sample. That's the extent of the request. I received a phone call from the staff a few days later explaining to me that my STD test was negative. I explained that I didn't request an STD test and to have my Nurse give me a call. I never heard back from anyone, so I called back on 8/7/2023 asking for my Nurse and for Clarification. My call was passed around to a few people, still nothing from the FNP that actually saw me that day. Finally the billing director (owner) got on the phone to explain to me that an STD test was a part of the annual and it will be included and billed as such. Shun, assured me that all was normal and that my blood work was in, it just needed to be interpreted, but everything was normal and the STD test is run on all patients that request an annual blood work up. The next day after having this conversation, I received a phone call from the office asking for a redraw of my blood work, because they received a call from Quest Diagnostics stating that the blood clotted. I called back to speak with a manager and Shun spoke with me directly. I explained to Shun, that I did not have an annual of any kind done, and the billing was erroneous, to not bill my insurance company. He assured me again, I was overreacting, and the reason why I was upset was because of the word STD and that people in my community don't see doctors and that I was panicking because I associated the word STD as something negative and that it's just a part of life. Go back, get the blood work done, it wasn't their fault that Quest let the blood clot and to give them a chance. On 08/15/23, I received a bill from my insurance company regarding a Vaginosis screening and a bill for what my insurance didn't cover. I called my insurance company and they explained to me that the codes that were billed were not annual codes at all and that's the reason for the bill. They notated my account and asked me to call Quest Diagnostic to ask what orders were sent in. On 8/16/23 I called Quest Diagnostics, they explained to me the order that came in from the Drs. Office was an extreme STD workup and that the tests could have only been run via a pap smear or vaginal swab, neither of which I had. They explained that the sample came from the Drs. Office and so they had to send in something, possibly switching another patient's results and labeling them as mine. She told me she would put a 45 day hold on my account and call the Drs. office to have them correct the billing. She also explained that there is no evidence at all of the Drs. Office asking for anything regarding an annual blood panel. If the Drs. Office made an error, I would have liked for them to own up to that, however, they continued to lie and attempt to cover up. Shun is now speaking to me in a condescending way as if I'm delusional and it's not a big deal. It is a huge deal not only for me but for any other clients they may be seeing. Own up to your mistakes, covering them up is bad for the community and your patients as a whole. You should be audited to see how many other patients are victims of being erroneously diagnosed. I can no longer trust that anything coming from this facility is accurate, my trust has been lost and the public should beware when dealing with this facility."

I was immediately put at ease. My appointment was with Chelsea Melton. She seemed genuinely interested to hear what I had to say and actually offered me options to my care path that I would be most comfortable with. I walked out feeling so much better than I thought I would."
