"Love this place and the doctors but, all the time we need to wait for a long period of time to be seen by a doctor, it is almost every time, if you make the appointment at 9 am Doctor is going to show up at 11, so be prepared !!!!"

"Came in for my first check up in 5 years yesterday and to say that my anxiety was off of the chart is an understatement but everyone there made me feel so welcomed and ensured me that everything was going to be ok. I came to see Dr. Kimberly Randolph and she was amazing. She listen to all of my concerns and worries compassionately and I could tell she genuinely cared. It’s been a while since I have seen a doctor like that. My daughter has also been her patient for the past 2 years or so. Lastly the nurse Miriam is fantastic and funny. I was so nervous about getting lab work done because I hate needles but she helped ease my anxiety by making me laugh and let me know how silly I was being for being so scared which I really appreciate. The bedside manner there is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to do regular visits there going forward. Also I would like to mention Dr. Jessica for children. She is who we will allow our daughter to see on sick visits if we can’t get in to see Dr Kim. She does a fantastic job as well and we really like her."

"I would not recommend if you have any expectations of clear communication and proper follow up. The office staff has no idea what the doctors are doing. Everytime I needed a prescription refill The office would try to get me to come in and pay for an appointment. Even when it was not appropriate. For example, my son has ADHD and came in for his three month appointment, In a month later, they wanted me to come in again for more refills. Another example was when I First started going to the office was a medication I did not need refills on yet. The doctor told me just to let her know when I needed them, But when I did, they insisted I come in for a visit. After months of this nonsense I got my records, and my older sons record so we could both move to an internist. In retaliation, they refused to sell my younger sons, ADHD medicine. This is Not legal or ethical And I’ve reported the behavior. I have this all I’m writing, as they mostly communicate over text. Just expect this kind of nonsense if you go but I would not recommend because of the office staff"

"One quality about this practice that I appreciate a lot is flexibility and the ability to get my child seen quickly when she’s not well. The providers that we see are also great. Ms. Robbins is very patient and amicable with my child who loves to steal her otoscope every visit :) and Ms. Randolph always explores solutions to whatever we are dealing with. Thank you"
