"Overall this clinic is great but it’s this specific doctor that I would not recommend to anyone. Dr. Taylor is rude, condescending, and could not care less about your issues. She rushes through everything and throws birth control at you like it’s candy. I’ve never felt so invalidated by a doctor and when I tried to talk she would interrupt and say “let me finish talking” also while I was still explaining my issues she grabbed her computer, stood up, and was acting as if she needed me to hurry up so she could go rush through another appointment. She’s clearly in way too big of a hurry and doesn’t take time to connect with her patients or hear what they have to say. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor."

"Kendall MacFarlane the nurse practitioner is so great. I get anxious about my health and she always takes the time to listen. She's kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable. That's all good there, but she's the best imo."

"Dr. Bishop is my HERO! I have been a patient of Ruch clinic and Dr. Bishop's for over 20 years. Almost 5 years ago when my daughter was born she saved the day when my daughter got stuck during delivery and most recently when I had my son she was my hero again! After a routine ob visit at 37 1/2 weeks, her and her staff noticed a change and decided to monitor me. Things took a quick turn in the office and I was immediately rushed to the hospital for an emergency c-section. If Dr. Bishop and Tracy (the sonogrammer) had not taken the necessary steps, I would have been out of the office and had a very different outcome. I love their experience and expertise. Dr. Bishop is always firm in her decisions and direction. During my recent delivery, I always felt like I was in great hands. During my stay in the hospital, Dr. Bishop came to check on me every day! She also told me her staff continued to ask about me and when I went back in the office for my follow up, several of the office staff members came out to check on me. I always feel like they are genuinely invested in my health care. Also, every time I visited the office during my pregnancy the staff made me feel welcome and like they truly cared. Dr. Bishop and her team and Ruch are wonderful!"

"My first few visits I was impressed and pleased. They were consistently professional, comfortable and reasonable as far as waiting. Now you're waiting over 30 minutes after your appointment. The nurses don't call back when you leave a message. It's taking over 15 minutes to be called back for blood work. Mind you, once I addressed the wait time I was always called back immediately when I said something. The staff are rude and no disrespect but they come off as incompetent. Perhaps management has changed or something. But whatever it is...it's not working. Oh and don't go on your lunch break, you're more likely than not going to make it back to work in time.
