"Too long of a wait time, however, they are good at what they do. My mom's surgery was a success and they do accept wellcare insurance. As they was accepting it back in 2020. My mom had glaucoma and they fixed her eyes but on separate occasions. They would do one eye, and wait about 1 months to 3 weeks or so to do the other."

"My second visit in 2 years. Always nice to see the same faces. Front desk receptionist very friendly and polite. Young lady fitting for glasses was very helpful."

"Truly ridiculous. The admin staff was rude and lazy unprovoked. I made my appointment three weeks in advanced, I was called at 4:30 the night before my 8:30 appointment about a question with my insurance. I get to my appointment early ready to explain my insurance and receptionist was rude from the minute she spotted me, kept cutting me off when I tried to explain. 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, she finally asks about my insurance and when I tell her she needs to call to get my coverage (it would have taken 10 minutes) she threw a fit telling me I need to take all of their calls and return them even if they have unacceptable turn around times. The most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had."

"Doctor is good and the place is decent, but we've had a heck of a time getting these people while they're in their office. I needed a copy of my prescription so they had to "fake one" since the doctor wasn't in the office the nurse signed one for me. Selection of glasses are way to expensive at this location for my kids. They claim their Memphis location has a better selection price-wise, but I don't get why they can't have the same selection here. Their contacts are over priced as well. I get the same lenses from Walmart for $35 a box where they charge me $45-$50 a box for the same exact brands. We did have a billing issue as well but they corrected it. They charged me for a contact lens fitting when I didn't buy contacts through them. Had to go back to the office to get reimbursed for the charge. We were also told they're planning on cutting back on their already shortened hours coming January as well. Its sad, because this doctor is good. I wish they were more available and had better prices. All I want is good service AND good prices. Its worth paying more for the better more friendly doctor than the franchise places, but I'm going to have to look elsewhere now because of the fact they're never there when I need them. I have to call the Memphis branch to get anything done at this location.
