"Not a good experience on so many levels. Started off at the Green Hills location and Winter is the worst, the entire time I was there she & her colleagues discussed other patients in my presence and was extremely rude to me. I had the lens replacement surgery which is just a cataract surgery, I am 8 months post opp and still having problems. Melissa was dismissive and Dr Toyos said a second surgery is needed. I finally got second opinion at MECA and now I’m on affordable drops (Toyos sold me at least 6 different drops on every visit) and new Dr said surgery would have made things worse. I only have dry eye which Toyos never said until 7 months & 10 prescriptions later. I am wondering if they are paying to have reviews removed because surely I am not the only one. The Memphis location was MUCH BETTER than Nashville, I was shocked."
