Very unprofessional and disoriented. I advise anyone not to come here please take your love ones to someone else that cares for their needs not just for her to get paid."

"Horrible experience! Based on my recent visits within the past 6 to 8 months there seems to be a lack of organization, no sense of urgency to return phone calls, and you receive very limited, if not rushed, time with Dr. Ganguli. I've run out of medication before and it took the office over a week to call the medication in to my pharmacy. Recently, I called in to the office to ask about the same medication and was told that the prescribed medication wasn't in my profile which is why it was never called in. As of about 3 weeks ago I was told by Dr. Ganguli that I was being prescribed an additional medication. It has taken at least 6 phone calls to get to the point where they are just now working on the P.A. for my insurance. I'm not mathematician, but receiving a call back 2 out of 6 times is pretty ridiculous. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have a business to run. FIGURE IT OUT OR CLOSE YOUR PRACTICE!"

"I took my brother to see Dr. Ganguli on July 14, 2021 and was disappointed that it was just a consult which I wasn't informed of. But they took blood that day and then they sent us to get x-rays the next week and was told to come back to see the doctor the next week. At the next appointment, I guess she lost her staff, b/c no one was there but her and she told me she did not have the blood work results back nor did she have the x-rays and that she would call me the next week with the results. She stated she did not want to give him any medication at that time. I wasn't looking for medication but was hoping for some answers to how bad his arthritis was, was kind, etc. Because, my brother has down syndrome and doesn't talk much and can't communicate how he feels, if he is hurting some or not at all. Well, as of today, August 31, 2021, I have still not heard from the doctor or her office!!! I have called 7-8 times in the past 6 weeks and my husband went by the doctor's office to see if they were still there and asked them to call me and the lady at the desk said she would. BUT, as I still have not heard from anyone. Very Disappointed!"

"Arrived at 8:55 for a 9:00 visit and was finally seen at 10:00. Spent $280 for a five minute consultation. No lab work or physical examination. Very disappointed and will be disputing these charges."
