"The clinic is suing my family for a $500 bill we never received. We’ve been to the clinic multiple times and nobody has ever mentioned owing money. I’ve changed my mailing address at ever visit bc the front NEVER corrects it. I’ve been taking both of boys there since birth but will be LEAVING!! Suing for $500 that we knew nothing about-it’s not even on our patient portal. Dr Sands is incredible but the office is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!"

"Dr. Jones is very unpleasant and mean spirited. I heard him before I s even saw him because how aggressive he was talking to the parents in the next room. He talked to me as though I should of been the doctor and exam & diagnosis my son myself. I will never see this doctor gain. Only saw him because Dr. Snider passed away."

"Great clinic, been going here since I was a child myself. Now I’m taking my own child to this clinic because I enjoyed going when I was a child. Only problem is that they never pick up the phone when I call to make an appointment. I’d have to call like 5 times throughout the day to finally be able to get someone on the phone!"

"I can't rave about this place enough. I had called a couple times with a more urgent issue (when my son was less than a year old), and they did everything to get us in. The nurses are always very sweet, and the call back nurses always return calls pretty quickly. The doctors are amazing! Dr Bakke is my go to, and he is always ready to answer any question and give info. He even teaches as you go so you learn the why, which i personally like. He even did some research on a question I brought up during a check up and messaged me after the appt! Great place!"

"There was no way I would allow the day to go by without leaving this review. Back in December of 2019 my daughter became very ill and I needed her to be seen immediately. I took her to this facility and she was seen(her insurance had expired and I was unaware). I was informed and still had her seen. 2020 came and conquered a lot and the bull slipped my mind (completely my fault) well 2021 came and my daughter needed to be registered for school. I had been taking her to a knew PCS and they needed her immunization report. Long story short this office took 3 months to call me back (why didn’t I just go up there? Because I have just had a cesarean and have been down for high risk before) they refused to call me back even though I needed the records to get my daughters shots updated for school. FINALY they did call with an attitude and said that they couldn’t give the records to me only her new PCS. The new PCS says that they requested them and still had no answer. Behold my baby’s daycare gave me the records because she needed updates and I had to drive all the way to her new PCS to drop them off. This place has great doctors but terrible procedures and front staff (callback nurses)."
