"Very nice staff never had to wait very long"

"I am a 62 year old man. Dr.Patel had been my cardiologist for several years. I now have a privacy issue with them. He hired a nurse practitioner, Christy Thornhill who has been telling lies about me. I know because I hadn't seen Dr.Patel in a while when I saw him he asked me if we have a problem. I didn't know what he meant when he asked. Later when I realized who she was I then knew what he meant. I know this very unethical on both of their parts, now what I don't know is if that's illegal or not. I had told her mother years earlier that what she and her brother in law was spreading was lies about me when I was a 12 year old child when in reality it was a step-brother who was finally taken out of our home when I was 13. Terrible how they are trying to destroy peoples lives."

"Everytime I take my mother to this building have to wait 45 minutes or more to get back to a room, worse service there is, go to other building in and out less than hour. This place needs a major change."

"Dr. Malhorta is great howeverI had a bad experience with a nurse today in room 210. She wanted to start an IV on the top of my hand using a big needle. When i requested a butterfly needle she tried to convince me the big needle was a butterfly. She never checked my left arm for a vein. I have a blown vein from an emergency room visit in my right arm she looked at it and went straight for my hand. When i refused to let her stick me with the big needle. She told me "im going to do whats easy for me" i in return told her that was fine. However im the patient this is my body and i will not let you hurt me with that oversized needle. She then said well i can get another nurse. I responded it was fine. She got mad and then said or you can leave and refuse service. She stood up and opened my door. I then stood up and started to put my bra on. She then tells me i can atleast wait for her to shut the door (that she opened) so i can not have myself hanging out. When she was trying to convice me that the needle was a butterfly she made it click and let the needle fall to the floor. She needs to review the oath she agreed to as a nurse. My biggest worry is most of the patience are much older than me. Maybe she has been getting away with bullying patience in the past. Today i was not going to be that patient!"

"I have been going here for five years, love Dr. Patel and his staff. Went for my appointment a week ago only to be told that my appointment was the day before. The young lady at the front desk started out nice, but then got really rude. I rescheduled my appointment and instead of handing it to me she slung the paper to me. I don't know of she was having a bad or just don't like black people. But either way I thought it was very unprofessional of her to be upfront serving the public."
