"Pretty sure what they did was actually illegal. Bare in mind I never actually got to see or speak to any provider here so if your kid has no medical issues they might be acceptable healthcare providers. Would give ZERO stars Declined to take my son as a patient because of a physical disability. Called to make first time appointment, told insurance was accepted filled out eligibility and everything over the phone. Was asked if there were any medical concerns - told them his medical history… Phone operator said she was gonna find out which doctor was the best fit and she’d call me back. Called me back couple days later and told me it was the collective decision of the all the doctors in clinic that he needed more complex care - without even seeing him. No other doctors office has mentioned anything like that. He sees a regular pediatrician and a cardiologist and is actually quite healthy. Thought it was awfully disgraceful. And they hid behind the secretary… poor lady"

"Great staff my daughter has been going here since 2014 when she was just a few months old. My daughter sees doctor Simmons I love her. She takes her time to address any issues and concern. I feel like she really cares about her patients. I haven’t had any major issues here. I no longer live near the area. I still make a drive to this location. Well worth it."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hubbard for over 7 years now (since she was a newborn) and we both LOVE Dr. Hubbard! She makes us feel like my daughter, Stella, is her favorite patient, and I can see from the reviews that she makes every kid feel this way. She truly has a gift when it comes to children, she's really a special pediatrician. Being a single mom is really tricky most of the time, but having the amazing staff at Pediatric Associates in my corner has always been an invaluable resource for me. I don't know what I would have done without them when my daughter was a baby! They are always very patient and informative, and they have this incredible way of making my daughter feel like she is the most important kid in the world to the. I will never go to a different pediatrician!"

"My family and I absolutely adore Dr. Hubbard. She is very caring and excellent with my children. She knows my children and their back story. She always remembers them. She is very accurate and thorough with her diagnosis of any issues. I know I can trust her with the care of them and that is not an easy process. It’s very hard to find a doctor that you can trust. I can not express how grateful I am for such a wonderful doctor for my children. Also, the office staff is wonderful. They always find a way to fit us in when the kids get sick. All around superb!"

"I had gone to this office as a child and decided to try it for my son. I love it. Our pediatrician is Dr. Hubbard. She is great. She is breastfeeding friendly and very down-to-earth. They have a lactation consultant in the office once a week. She has a great demeanor with kids. We have seen Dr. Norman and love her just as much. They have recently renovated the office, and it is clean and cheery, with lots of books to read. They are some of the best doctors I have worked with. In fact, they once called to follow-up on me! I had called worried about what to do for my newborn in case in got what I had, and they called the next day to ask about my health--what an amazing staff. I highly recommend."
