"For the first time I ordered online & went at a designated time for pick up. The lobby was closed but there were no signs, so after my hubby & I walked all around the building went thru the drive thru. Awe! That's how it's done! KFC put a sign up telling your customers your dining area is closed please. I haven't had KFC in years. From what I remember back then, the food wasn't great but the food has actually improved. The mashed potatoes & gravy are not the same. Much better KFC! THANK YOU!"
