"Scheduled an appointment for 10:50, haven’t been seen and it’s 11:40. Walk in appointment somehow gets called in before me? Horrible service."

When every other provider I looked to was telling me I couldn't get the prescription I needed, she made it happen. It's not an exaggeration to say she saved my life, or at least prevented it from getting much worse very quickly."

"I have only had good experiences here. Myself and my children all visit when we are sick. It's usually fast and easy to get an appointment. There will be times to where you have to wait a little bit. I love the way they are doing the wait in your car for a call to come in for your visit. It makes waits easier."

"My NP, Song Lee, was excellent. From the start she was pleasant to deal with, personable, yet very professional and efficient. She took the time to review my existing medical records, asked how I was doing with known problems and then tackled my current medical issue (Strep throat which she confirmed with a test swab test). I use Minute Clinics a lot since my Health Insurance has an agreement with Minute Clinic that treats my visits there as a visit to a primary in network provider. I can honestly say that my experience with this Bartlett CVS on Stage Rd was by far my best Minute Clinic experience. I was also able to take my 5 year old daughter in a few hours after my visit to see whether she had Strep throat as well. She was very good with my daughter as well. I also witnessed Mrs Son Lee effectively and proactively deal with a walk-in customer who arrived moments before I did when I returned with my daughter. I had already made an appointment online for my daughter and therefore was already on the list to be seen before this Walk-in. Mrs Song Lee proactively approached that person and explained to her that although it appeared that she was first to be seen, in fact there were others who had signed in online who, if they all showed up, would be ahead of her and in fact she may have to wait up to 1 hour. She was pleasant and professional to this other customer and I believe fixed a potential problem before it started. As a manager myself, I know the value of having good people working for you. CVS should make every effort to keep her!"

"I was living CVS clinic until today. I handed the nurse my CVS prescription card like my benefit plan from my company states. She proceeded to tell me she needs my insurance card. I tell her this is it for CVS clinic. She decides to argue with me for about 8 mins before I get fedup and leave. I have been doing this for 3years now and have only had a problem when the program first started. Other than that it has been working fine. I was just there during Thanksgiving weekend and had no problem with using my CVS prescription card. The worst part is this is the closest one to my house the others are between a 30 or 40 minute drive. And as far as I have read this policy is still in effect so nothing has changed. I'll have to suffer till Monday and check if the same woman is there or not."
