"Always a good experience, bit of a wait time today, other patients apparently didn't get to their appointment on time which has a snowball effect on appointment times . This was possibly due to them not planning on rain and their sugar cars melted in rain lol."
"Very good First Nation clinic. Clean place efficient and knowledgable and service focused. Thank you Chumash Tribe."
"This place could use a better way to tell people they are not taking new patients. I called and asked if they were taking new patient, the cold response I received shows lack of empathy. Here is a good scrip to go by when rejecting patients. I'm sorry, but we are not taking any new patients right now, but let me referrer you to.................... Would that be so hard to do??"
"I do not recommend! Every time my husband or I has gone, it's been a new provider. It's impossible to "get to know" your physician when it's a new person EVERY TIME. Additionally, I was recently REFUSED CARE because I was not an "established patient" due to their staff turnover. I was told I'd have to reestablish care with a new provider before I could be seen for my problem. At that rate, i will never be able to get care for my issue because I'll be reestablishing every time i make an appointment. Ridiculous!"
"Tucked away off CA 246 on Via Juana is a wonderful health clinic run by the Chumash Tribe. They service Tribal and non tribal affiliated patients, and accept nearly every insurance around. Very nice people, and they have a very inviting and calm withing area. You will travel down a residential street it find this gem."
