Concentra Urgent Care

"First...the attitude on their faces from the time they unlocked the door cracked me up. ( others too) They know this place gets crowded and busy so find somewhere else to work if you dont want to be there or tell everybody to come back another day like you did me.......I Went in Thursday to get a some stuff done for work and it took 5 hours and 12 minutes. Had to come back the next day to get my fit test done once I had my mask and was told I wouldn't have to wait, ( I'm figuring besides the usual check in stuff). Well..that turned into the front desk chick asking me can I come back Monday because they were short staffed and it's going to be an extremely long wait. How??? When you're the one who told me to come back and I wouldn't have to wait because all my stuff was here already. Came in today( Monday) @7:47am had to go thru different hoops about a new paper and all this and that AFTER I've been waiting. Could have just told me that from the beginning. Stayed there roughly 2 hours today which could have been shorter had she told me what I needed up front. The unprofessionalism from the lady yelling across the counter telling the whole room what I needed, asking me who I work for, saying my passport was expired (wasnt) and asking people why they need to be seen is very rude and no indoor voice. No private conversations were conducted by the staff to the patients. I will NEVER EVER!!!! return here unless it's threatening life or limb. Unbelievable!! Everybody told me...and I should have listened when they told me to go to the Mendenhall location. I am sure nothing will happen to them or a training on how to be better despite all the bad reviews because hey! it's Memphis and people do what they want to do ecspecially at work. When you know better you do better."

"The front desk is not very polite. They told my an hour and a half for a preemployment screen and then they skipped me. I was there close to three hours. The young lady who did my screen was awesome. Fast, efficient and kind."

"Easy in and easy out. Went in for a DOT physical was there about an hour and the place was packed. Front desk ladies were very kind. Nurse and Doctor were top notch in my opinion. Great experience!"

"Would give negative stars if I could. I went for employer required examinations/test and hope I do not have to ever go there again. I arrived at 11:30am and was called in for my appointment around 2:15pm. They are so slow and disorganized, I’ve never seen anything like this from a healthcare facility in my life. They send you a text to do your paperwork and the ladies at the front are not welcoming at all. They told me that once I got a room (which I had to wait for once I eventually got called to the back) they did not know how long it would take for the doctor to be in to see me. That probably was the quickest part… seeing the doctor. I ended up leaving at about 2:45pm. The nurse said even with an appointment could not speed up the wait time because they prioritize urgent care before anyone else. Beware, you will be in there ALL day if you have to go to them. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever experienced, worse than going to ER."
