"I called the office to set an appointment & young lady answered with an attitude. She was not helpful & very rude. I will no longer be going to the medical clinic & advise others not go here."

"My mom and dad had a phone conference with Dr. Sharma at 4pm. And was told if they missed it my mom wouldn’t get her meds renewed. My mom has dementia and since her last fall can’t walk nor can me and my dad get her out of the house without help. But to the point of this review, we waited half the day for Dr Sharma to call and a nurse finally called at 4:47 but she said to wait again for the Dr to call and it’s now 6:28. Still no call back……my parents have been going to this clinic for almost or over two years and has never seen Dr Sharma and to top that he is technically my pcp too and I’ve never seen him either so if he is hardly seen by patients, so you think he could make a phone call on time."

"If I could give this place a 0 rating then I would. First off, the lady with the colored contacts and heavy makeup, had a horrible attitude when I first came in the door. She didn’t greet me, she just looked at me like I was supposed to know what to do. Second, I was told on the phone that I didn’t have to bring my insurance card on the first visit & was told to just bring it in when I come back for another appt. I told the lady that and she said with an attitude “who told you that” & I said one of the employees that work here did. I mean it must’ve been somebody working front desk. Duh!..then she interrupted me asking me for my ID.. this is a horrible way to treat first time visitors and it sounds like you need to retrain your employees and tell them not to give out false information!"

"It is a great doctor office to be with. They take good care of you their. A great place to go to. Just awesome."

"Dr Sharma, Natalie, Kristy, all of the front desk and staff are amazing. I've never seen any of the other doctors there but I have been here regularly for several years to see him and I can't say enough good things. He honestly cares about his patients and listens. They are affordable and reasonable."
