"It’s 2024 and this urgent care still don’t have it together!! Waited in the waiting area for over 2 hours when clearly no one was there!! Got to the back and felt rush by the Dr!! She had no care for my health concerns she rushed my visits! I will not be returning!! I pay to much for my health issuance to be treated horribly and rushed!! I wanted information about my health she had no empathy! I will be reporting this clinic!!"

"Terrible service. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. I was skipped by a guy whom the front desk clerk was familiar with. Then after I was finally seen my meds were called in to a pharmacy that was closed so I waited the next day to pick up meds they left off one. So now I'm waiting again was"

"Trash don’t come here I waited 2 hours before staff told me they couldn’t verify my insurance it will cost $150 I paid it no problem I’m still waiting almost 3 hours later…. There is no appointments on weekend but people are coming in after I arrive going to back… the staff is not friendly and rude… if you sick don’t come here they will make it worst."

"I received poor service after going in for a fall that resulted in a fractured elbow and glass in my foot. I was told by Dr.Ali “if you can move the elbow then you’re fine and it’s not fractured”. I insisted an X-ray be taken only to be told after it couldn’t be read and someone at an out of town location would have to read the x-ray. Now 3 days later after being told nothing is wrong, I am told I have a fractured elbow. My advice is don’t go here if you value your life because the doctor will only look at you and not actually diagnose. Bed side manner is poor. Wasted my time and money. This place needs to be closed or restarted with people who actually know medicine and the job."
