"I was at the office 1 month ago to try to find affordable meds for my condition of life long asthma and COPD. She gave me a prescription for 1 inhaler. I needed to refill so called the only way you can, thru that answering service. Someone tried to call me back but I missed the call, so I called answering service again. Never got a response. 3 days of trying to get in touch with no response. Finally I just made appt. Keep in mind , each day with no meds it gets harder to breath. I finally get in the office , it's a new year so they needed my insurance card. The same insurance I had just a month earlier.she came back and told me my insurance wasn't accepted by them now, something about new system. So the doctor I had been seeing, who's bill was paid in full the month before is just gonna turn me away with no compassion. I struggled back to my vehicle on ice and went right next door to main street and got all I needed with no issues, paid that bill in full too. My O2 was 88 when I arrived. They sat with me until I could breath well enough again, thank you Main Street. Guess who gets my business from now on !"

"Automated phone system needs to be disconnected until they can get the bugs out of it called over 10 times today hung up on once said someone would answer never did, all I need was referral to see a neurologist,had been going there 9 yrs Finally got person said have to see doctor to get referral ,had been seen on this health issue before"

I did minus a star because bill communication is poor and payment arrangements are not always brought up before sent to collections. It would be 5 stars if all patients were gently questioned with compassion about payments owed and arrangements made to satisfaction. Preferable not in front of the entire waiting room but taken aside privately."
