"I saw the provider 35 minutes after my appointment time, and I felt like she used my appointment to make up for her being behind schedule. I have moved frequently and seen five different dermatologists in different areas, and my experience here was by far the worst care I have received. My whole body skin check was done in less than 2 minutes here. In the past, providers have measured birthmarks and looked closely at different moles- this did not happen at this appointment. I asked about a skincare routine and inquired about trentinoin and was told “you have great skin, you are years away from needing anything.” Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice to others."

"They do not call you back on time even when you are on time. They say your information REALLY LOUD so everyone can hear. In general front desk people are haughty and rude. Always ask you why you're here when they TOLD you to come. Then they are going to cut you up. Just in general elitist staff and doctors. All the art and books and well appointed waiting rooms don't make up for the rudeness and violations."
