"We weren’t able to be seen there but on 10/14 the woman working the front desk was extremely helpful to us! She was able to help me find an urgent care for my daughter under our insurance after driving around looking for a clinic. Thank you!"
"“I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors.” Thank you, Dr. Everson. I recommend people use mychart for scheduling appointments and getting in-touch with the doctors nurses at this location."
"This doctors office is exceptional! The staff is so friendly, kind and caring. They always ask me about my family and pets when I come in and make me feel special. This clinic just hired 3 new nurse practitioners that are all fantastic! Secondria Washington, NP is just a doll. She is so soft spoken and really listens to her patients. I will definitely be returning. So pleased with this clinic!"
"The physicians and physician extenders (ARNP) were ok...but the billing staff is horrible. It is definitely not worth it to go to this place and have to go through all the trouble with billing. I just received a call saying I owe money from two visits a year ago! I’m very good about managing my money and paying my bills so when I received this call I was very surprised (especially since it was so long ago). The lady on the phone from the billing company they outsource with was incredibly rude and would not provide me with any information other than how much I owed and from what dates of services. I tried asking questions and I explained to her that both visits were supposed to be covered by insurance and asked her to talk to them because according to them I don’t owe anything (only co pay which I paid day of service). She was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. I then had to call my insurance company who had to 3 way the company they outsource billing to and it took 30 minutes for them to “resolve” the issue (which technically still isn’t resolved). My insurance company had to tell them again and again how they are balance billing and that is not allowed. The billing department finally said they would talk to their manager. This overall experience just made me so mad because they could be taking advantage of people who don’t know how to advocate for themselves. When someone tells you something, you should at least look into what they say rather than dismissing their concerns. I’ve never had this experience with a facility. My recommendation is that the billing department needs to go to patient experience training to learn how to better communicate with people."
