Baptist Urgent Care - Horn Lake

"Even with an appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen and another hour to actually see the NP. I thought that I had a broken finger and went for an x-ray. The x-ray tech was very frustrated that I had trouble moving my finger into position but didn't want to explain to me how it needed to be. Then when the NP finally came back in, about another 45 min later (understandable that it takes time to get the results read) she simply came in and told me that it is not broken. She did not tell me what else could be wrong with my finger, just sent me on my way. Never even bothered to ask me how bad it hurt and seemed only concerned to get me out of there. I still don't know what is wrong with my finger because I have to make another appointment with a place to find out. Could be dislocated, could be jammed, could be a torn tendon or ligament, who knows? Certainly not Baptist Urgent. I believe that I would have had better healthcare from the vet office that used to be there. Thank you for nothing and thank you for charging me $120 even though I have insurance. Avoid this place unless it is your last option, you won't receive help anyway."

"The process of getting in and out was easy! They use your cell phone number for uploading your documentation, which was easier than the paperwork I'm used to doing at doctors' offices. The staff was very kind and accommodating and Dr. Kori listened to my concerns and covered all of the basis needed for my care. I would visit this location again if I need medical assistance or check-ups."

"Whenever one visits their clinic, there’s usually something the matter but their staff has a way of making things seem OK and that they are going to take good care of their patients. The facility is clean. The staff is efficient with time and diagnosis. I have a primary care physician, however this is a much easier process to go visit the urgent care team whenever necessary. Five stars all the way for this time as well as a few other times I have made visit to their location."
