After back surgery I went to a more traditional PT in person which helped initially, but then pre-surgery pain started coming back so I looked around for a different approach and found Scott. I went through his 8 session recode program (virtually, as I live in a different state) and within 2 sessions the pain that was coming back from the other PT's exercises were gone. Beyond that, Scott has given me a framework for learning to move better and head towards less and less pain as time goes on.
