"After this last visit, the people are friendly, but the business model is a pyramid scheme. I was told I had an issue that would require several visits and at least 2 sets of X-rays, they then scheduled me for those X-rays in a manner that would require extra office visits. Then while sitting in the waiting room, I over hear them discussing their employee bonus system. Yes, they get a bonus based on customer satisfaction and the number of visits per office.. That's when the extra visits made sense."

"Our provider was the most kid friendly provider I have seen in years. She kept my 9yo son and me laughing the whole visit. What a wonderful experience! And on Christmas Eve at that. Thank you so much to the whole team at the Jackson, TN Southside clinic!"

"I cant comment on the medical staff, but I made an appointment online, completed registration and online check in. Once I arrived I checked in at the front desk. 45 minutes later, the woman and baby who came in after me and checked in went and asked why she received a text, the receptionist told her she hadn't been checked in. So I decided to ask whether she had checked me in. Apparently she did not, which is why everyone who had come in after me was being seen. She was very rude and got an attitude with me once I asked why I hadn't been checked in. I asked to speak to the office manager, and after waiting 20 minutes, the receptionist handed me a number, and when I asked to speak with the office manager she proceeded to tell me that she was not in office and on vacation. Why could she not have told me that 20 minutes prior? Why did she tell me to sit down while she checked in the woman with the baby? And why on earth did she not check in either of us after we had both checked in online and at the front desk. This is inexcusable, they are losing patients due to the receptionist. LITERALLY. I certainly won't be back. I'll drive an additional 20 minutes to go anywhere else."

"Amazing experience. The Dr was very caring and thorough. She showed genuine concerns. Best Dr I've ever seen. Going to look into seeing if she will be my PCP for her on our. I wish I could remember her name. That's embarrassing but beautiful inside and out blonde Dr at the south location."
