"I gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. It says online that they were open on Saturdays til 8. I drove all the way out there with my sick grandson only to find them closed at 11 am. Really furious. I did find another clinic open!"

"My daughter and I weren’t feeling well so I decided to give this place a try. I normally go to convenient care , PQC, or FastPace. I have not had the best experiences at any of these places. I was told some good things about this place from ppl I knew personally. They were busy so it took awhile to be seen but that’s understandable. The lady at the front desk was so nice, like very nice!!! I’ve read reviews before posting mine and obviously there was an issue in years past in this area but I assure anyone that the little lady up there now is kind, professional and filled with a loving spirit that we all could use nowadays! The nurse practitioner and her assistant was also great as well. These ppl treated me and my little girl fabulous. It really isn’t hard for me to find error or fault in these places but this experience here was amazing. Thanks alot"

"I go to the location in Jackson and have never had any problems but good service and longer wait times. I came to this location this past Monday because I didn’t want to wait at the other one and I saw Stephanie. I was in the ER the day before with gallstones and had to come to a PCP to get referred to a surgeon. She seemed everything but sympathetic and acted like she could care less about my gallstones or the severity. I told her I needed an ultrasound to get a better look and not just a CT and she insisted that a CT is best for the gallbladder. She was very rude and told me my gallbladder attack I had on Saturday “was diet induced” when I had no fatty foods that day or the day prior or even almost never...lso they took my blood and apparently my WBC count “magically” was in normal range. I tried to go to work that night and was in severe pain so then I decide to go to Memphis. That being said they gave me an ultrasound instead of another CT and found out my gallbladder was inflamed and infected and took it out yesterday. They actually listened to me instead of this lady. If I had listened to her or the ER the day prior to seeing her I would have went septic by the time I made it to a surgeon."

"Family Care Walk In Clinic at 3 way is a welcoming place, staff are always ready to help. Furnished very comfortably while you wait. Speaking of wait time, it is never very long. Love the staff here."

"The service is fine but their billing department is a nightmare. I went in for gallstones in March 2017. In April, I received a call threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay my bill. I nicely told the woman that if I'd received a bill, I would have gladly paid it. Her response was "well we actually have billed for these services yet". So you're going to send me to collections for something you haven't even asked me to pay?? On the same call, the woman told me I owed $10 from Dec 2016 - again, no bill was received. I gave her my credit card information and asked her to pay my account in full. It is now July 2017 and I just received a bill for the $10 from Dec 2016. When I called them, a different woman told me that sure enough, I have a credit of $10 on my account, it just hasn't been posted to the appropriate bill. I am now waiting on a call back to have this adjusted so I will HOPEFULLY never have to deal with the establishment again. Their billing department obviously can't get their act together and for someone who has fantastic credit, I'm not willing to risk that when there are plenty of other walk-in options near me."
