"I was referred here about a month ago. When I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone was confused and it took her about 10 min to finally get an appointment. When I walked into the office it took them a good 5 min to notice me. This office is run down and dirty. Nobody ever smiled. When I was finally saw the dentist he just walked in asked why I was here. My first impression of him was not good and it only got worse from there. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone."

"Horrible customer service. Tried working with office for payment arrangements after they admittedly misquoted prior to surgery then being billed 30% more after the fact. Then, they turned the CHILD over to collections without discussion. Absolutely not ok! Horrible."
