"So I’m in the retail business myself, so I completely understand how people do research on reviews before selecting a place of business to use. I want to say that I was extremely pleased at the professionalism of the personnel at this facility but mostly their concern and sincerity to see that I was properly diagnosed and treated appropriately. I saw Cathy Lipsey and could Not have been more pleased with her concern to my illness and the way it was handled. I read the reviews prior to my visit but if you pay close attention most of the negative reviews seem to be as though the patient didn’t receive exactly what they wanted on their timeline or at their discretion, I was extremely satisfied and would rate this place a 10 if it would allow me."

"Make sure you read the consent to treat carefully. The one they sent me wanted me to consent to treatment that any member of the St Francis team deemed necessary. The way it reads you’re signing away your right to have a say in any treatment."

"Dr. Lyon needs to retire. First time seeing him today and he walks in and says what do you need today…. Okay so ignored that then he tells me he can’t prescribe me my aderall I need to see a psychiatrist and I told him I’ve been on this since a child I’m not interested in being evaluated for it I just need a Doctor to come to because I just moved here from Georgia, and his nurse or whatever she is attitude as well. Whew no thanks I’ll drive out of Oakland for a Doctor."

"This place is a joke!! The office staff is rude. Dr Lyons mumbles so much you can’t understand him. Lipsey doesn’t listen and puts things in your chart that isn’t true and test were never run- found this out the when life insurance got my record and told me what was in there. Luckily I was able to go to different doctor and got my life insurance straightened out."

"Horrible experience. Visit this facility with the understanding you will not receive medical treatment from a doctor because you won't ever see a doctor. Instead, you are ''Cursed with Cathy' - a nurse practitioner that needs to be reigned in a bit. She misdiagnosed a pulmonary embolism as anxiety...with just visual observation as she couldn't be bothered to do anything further. Additionally, billing is a mess. Krystal, the office manager, never follows through - even when insurance is involved. Fully recommend taking your business to Dr Thrasher down the street - he's an actual doctor that sees his patients and has very competent staff."
