She was easy to contact via email and when we spoke on the phone, she was just so much fun to talk to. She gave us so much insight on what to expect and what to pack... Theresa took care of everything for me. She booked the cruise and let me know when it was time to book excursions and she gave suggestions as to what the best excursions would be for my family. I really didn't have to do anything. She even went above and beyond and found us a private salmon fishing guide as our cruise line didn't offer anything like that. The private fishing guide was actually our favorite excursion! Theresa is so easy and fun to work with. So glad I've found my lifetime travel agent"
