They made sure that I had everything I needed and when I explained to them that I would have to call a Lyft for transportation to rent a vehicle from them they gave me a number to call so that I could have the vehicle delivered to me. "I’ve never been on a cruise and several friends referred me to an online service. I called but seemed to have a very generic impersonal discussion with a woman that didn’t help me decide anything concrete. Basically she was speaking from a brochure. He has vast understanding of the different cruise lines and the “typical culture”(my description) each one provides. Which proved most helpful since we were going at a certain time of year and I didn’t want to get on a ship with a lot of spring break college folks partying all night. I described what would be our ideal experience and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He searched for the best deals for the ideal experience and timing we wanted. Since neither my wife or I had ever been on a cruise he really stepped up and helped us understand all the nuances and expectations of the various ports and islands. His insightful suggestions has really helped us make decisions that makes me feel very confident about our upcoming vacation. . Now for my 25th wedding anniversary I’m taking my wife on a 9 night cruise to Aruba. Thanks Wayne you made all the difference."

"I revised my initial review because I sounded like I was ranting & raving. The shorter version is I got terrible customer service; the manager was exceedingly sloppy in spelling our names on all the documents. It took so much personal effort to fix all his errors—w/cruise line and travel insurance. Cruise line told me had I not called to correct our names, we would NOT be boarding because the names Mgr AC provided did not match our passports. Frustrated beyond belief."
