"I have been getting my glasses or contacts for over 35 years and decided to go to west tennessee eye clinic. Biggest mistake I have ever made. After having my eyes checked I left my old glasses to find out if I could have my new Rx placed in the frames. I thought would be a simple request. After several weeks of calling and not receiving a call back and continue to call and getting excuses as to why they haven’t called me back. They either need more help or better customer service skills. Because of this I would not recommend this offer to anyone and I spoke to everyone in all three locations. At this point I just want to pick my glasses up and move on and say lesson learned. Just need to know where to find them. They seem to be very disorganized and may need help in this area."
"Today’s visit was outstanding. Wait time was less than 10 minutes before being called back. Terrence did an excellent job in every phase particularly in assisting me with selection of new frames, explaining my vision discounts & final cost to me. He reviewed all details once more before my visit was complete - simply top-notch service! Dr Cooper is always on point with his care & ensuring you understand details. In addition, if there are any questions you’re able to get them answered then & there. Excellent on follow-up appointments, ensuring they’re scheduled before you leave the office. Just totally satisfied with their professional care & treatment of my condition! L M Bardwell, Jr"
"The doctor was great!!! Office personal are lazy and disorganized. They got me in for a painful, swollen eye. Had to pay for a specialist, which I expected. The doc prescribed me eye drops and wanted me to take it 6 times in the first day. I saw him at 10am. It's now 1:30pm and they still haven't called in my prescription. I talked to them at 12:30pm about the prescription.. I WOULD RATE 0 STARS but the doc was excellent"
"Dr. Talley- next best thing to a full blown ophthalmologist who clearly cares about his patients' eye health and is absolutely on top of his profession. I recently had a torn & detached retina. He told me exactly what to do and where to go for my situation and seems to be well known and respected within the professional eye care community as he was referred to me by another optometrist. A month after my emergency surgery I went to him to get corrective lenses and an eye exam so he could have a baseline record of my retinal health. He didn't take advantage of my insurance to do that, saying he could get that info from my retina repair surgeon. I absolutely respect that. I've had interaction with Dr. "O" and a few other PROFESSIONALS there. All top notch. This isn't your run of the mill eyeglass / contact outlet. This is a place where your eye health and vision is the 1st priority. I'm 54 years old, have had many vision exams and experiences with optometrists, West Tennessee eye care is by far and away the best experience I've ever had, and Dr. Talley has my appreciation and gratitude for everything he's done for me."
"Poor, pricey and badly organized section of frames. Sold my husband who is a cancer patient and can not speak $46 eye lid wipes after telling him he was being given free samples. My eye exam was satisfactory but still have not received my glasses 3 and a half weeks later. Have tried to contact company without any luck. I am very unhappy with them ."
