"Don't waste your money at this place. I placed my order for glasses on 9-16-22 with a promise date of 9-30-22. as of today, 12-9-22, I still do NOT have my glasses. I have called to see if they were ready and all they said was NO. Apparently they didn't check with the lab that makes the lens. I went to the office on 12-6-22 and asked for them to cancel my order and issue a FULL REFUND. I was told by the receptionist in the office I would get a FULL refund after she called the lab while I was there and found out they had NOT made my lens because they LOST my order. That same receptionist called me on 12-7-22 and said after she called the lab they found my order and started making my lens and if I cancelled I wouldn't get a FULL refund. If they had COMPETENT employees this would not have happened. They should have called the lab when I called weeks ago to check on the status of my glasses. Now they want me to PAY for their inability to operate their business. What a scam!!!"
