"I refuse to give them a 5 star on anything. Poor Poor Poor customer service. The owner yelled at my husband and I because we had the wrong location and when my husband asked where the other one was he screamed use your phone and type it in GPS. The other Travelodge in town closer to dollywood is nice and the front desk people are exceptionally polite. When rooms are this cheap people will stay but for 15-20 more save yourself the trouble of staying at a dump hotel and make your vacation worth it. I HIGHLY SUGGEST AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU STIR CLEAR OF THIS TRASHY ESTABLISHMENT."

"The only good thing I can say about the room we stayed in is the bed was comfortable. It sounded like someone working sheet metal though every time you moved. There was a hole in the wall under the table. The hot water got to lukewarm. I could've went and jumped in the river behind us and it was probably warmer and it's February. The parking lot is tight and a nightmare. Listen you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. I won't even suggest this place for the night. One plus is it was clean and no bugs."

"The room looked nothing like the p picture we saw online. It was very dingy looking. The towels and wash clothes were dirty looking, the remote control didn't work, and the entire room was uninviting. My wife woke up with bed bug bites on her neck. This is not a place I would recommend, nor will I ever use this hotel again. The location is great and the service was great, but the room was horrible. The bedding needs brightness and the curtains as well."

"The room itself was fine. The bed was mildly uncomfortable due to it sitting on something metal, and the mini fridge didn't work. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The price is decent for the location, considering it's right on the strip. But try to plan your stay when it's not going to be extremely busy, because you'll have a very difficult time trying to get out of the parking lot"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no bed bugs. The room we were in was in need of some repairs and the floors were dirty that it turned my feet black. It's a cleanish room with a bed which was what I needed. The price was better than the other cheaper hotels in the area and a LOT of the other hotels in pigeon forge had reviews about bed bugs. It's decent for the price. I would stay here again."
