"If you can actually get an appt its a great experience. They tell you to come to them for issues but waiting a week isn't an option sometimes. The scheduling area is under staffed with the call volume. This is at the Wolf River Location"

"I have been a patient here now for over 20 years. Yesterday, I had to change my 20 year relationship doctor (Dr. McSwain) for a new one. (Dr. Granieri) I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Granieri was much better than my highest expectations. Conrad Pearson has treated me professionally and friendly. This group is a top notch operation that stays current with latest trends and technology but balance that with experienced doctors that make trust worthy decisions. Simply the best around. The service staff is a different story. It is hit or miss. Most are top notch themselves but a few minority is less than perfect. I'll leave it like that. Overall, you can trust your health to this group (which is NOT easy for me). You won't go wrong. Lastly, the wait times are usually less than an hour. If you need urological treatment go here and be safe. You will be glad you did."

"So far so good. The office manager went above and beyond to find a doctor in the practice willing to take me on as a patient with a significant allergy. I was scheduled in less than two weeks, checked in, had my appointment, and two test completed in less than an hour. The Dr was personable, and his nurses upbeat and happy. The clinic was quick, happy, and thorough. Left feeling hopeful in the care I received so far."

"Clinic staff were unprofessional. Waited until the day before surgery to contact regarding insurance information. We provided the insurance information. Clinic staff did not enter information correctly. Then, cancelled the following day's 7:30 am appointment without notification. No regard to the effort it takes to coordinate time off for him and another person (me). Once we arrived for the 7:30am appointment, we were informed that the information was not entered and that she would enter it and a nurse would reschedule the appointment...."

"I was very impressed with the service and knowledge of treatment I received from Dr. Stewart at the Conrad-Pearson clinic. He was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I was a new patient and figured I'd be on a long wait to get it. Not so; I was seen within 2 weeks of my initial contact and Dr. Stewart diagnosed my issue set up my outpatient surgery for the very next week!! Outstanding overall experience and highly recommend. I'm still waiting for the final results of the surgery to see if it completely fixed my isssue so I will follow up this review at that point. But, either way, I am very pleased with Dr. Dtewart and the services I have received thus far from the Conrad-Pearson Urology clinic. Highly recommend!!"
