"I've been here twice now. First time was fine and I was super pleased with the nail art. Last time I went was Wednesday late afternoon. I got a fill and a design on 4 total nails. The price ended up being $66 for fill, plus $15 for design and another $5 just to shape them (which I thought was a normal part of manicures...). My big complaint is that at that price, I expect them to last longer than two days! It's now Friday afternoon and my thumb has chipped. I'm heavily pregnant and work in an office so it's not like I'm doing a lot to damage them. Also the one tech has a super attitude and will get mad at the simplest things, like not knowing they charge to shape your nails. Edit: Not really sure what the response was trying to prove except that I paid more than I originally stated. You wouldn't know about that policy because there are no signs telling you that. The only one they have is a big "NO REFUNDS" sign posted in front of the register. Anyway, less than a week and my left index acrylic nail completely popped off now. I wanted to give them one more chance but the shotty craftsmanship for those prices is not worth it, especially since it's a 30 min drive for me and I'm not going to keep making the trip to have it fixed."

"Horrible service and horrible work. First don’t book online, you’re required to input your credit card information. As long time locals ( born and raised) we try to support our small businesses. However, my wife attended her appointment and the first few nails were not done correctly. The nail technician agreed he was having trouble and removed the work. My wife realized he was not capable and asked if she could compensate him for his time. He said no and since he was unable to do the job there would be no charge. A couple days later I am charged for $60 on my card. Talked to the manager and she said my wife needed to tell the front desk, but since she didn’t, the card will be charged for the nails and a cancellation charge and she will not refund it. Just leaving a review so no one else gets scammed. Go somewhere where they care about their customers and locals. They would get zero stars but I’m required to leave one."

"I love getting my nails done and I’m a very picky about where I get them done as I am very specific. I took a chance with the nail tech Roxy and am beyond satisfied. I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she delivered. Throughout the whole process she would ask me questions regarding length and if I liked certain things a certain which as someone who doesn’t speak up when they don’t like something was extremely relieving. She’s clean, thorough, and meticulous with her work. Next time I visit the West coast I will be sure to come back!!If you happen to be around the area and aren’t sure where to get you nails done book an appointment with Roxy you will not be disappointed."

"I used to get my nails & pedi done in 1 hour when i would go to the quick shops. Here at Ms. Tang's Nails and Spa it is a Luxury experience. I love the vibe the music and the energy given by the workers. Karen, & Aiai set the standard high for the quality of nail artistry. The service provided is at a great value price for what you get. If you are there for just nails then you are missing out on a great experience. I feel so welcome when received and I can have such deep conversation with whom ever is assisting me with my services. It always feels like home. I don't make an appointment because it's convenient, close to home or cheap. I make an appointment because I get fulfillment when they treat me like a family friend and I feel comfortable enough to stop by for a walk in at Any time. "Normally a really good nail salon, love how they do their pedicures but maybe my nail tech was just having a bad day, I got an acrylic nail set, medium length with just French tip. (I’ll show the inspo pic then what I got). During the appointment she complained about three times how she was going to be over time because of the nail art I wanted on some of the French tip fingers. I booked the most amount of time I could on the website leaving us with an hour and half. She made little conversation with me through the appointment. It was my first time coming here for getting acrylics and I heard they do a pretty good job, but didn’t get her attitude. I was just over the constant complaining and lack of customer service that once she finished my French tips I said I was done and wanted to go, to forget about the nail art since she kept saying she would be over time even though we still had a decent amount of time for the design. I was checking out and she said the total was $80, I asked her how it came up to that total since it was just a French tip short- medium length as shown in the pictures and she said $65 acrylic $15 French tip. She didn’t give me a price base or anything since she barely talked to me but seems a bit overpriced for some short simple nails but just another reason why my experience wasn’t the best. Good business Bad day."
