"Horrible customer service. Sherry front desk woman who clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing gave my sister a wrong prescription and made up lies about it. Cost us hundreds of dollars. Rouse vision did not want to own up to their mistake. Come here if you’d like to get scammed and calls ignored. Took them a week to give the right prescription even though it was already finalized. Took advantage of my 16 year old sister and mother who doesn’t speak Spanish."
