"I must admit that I first had a good experience. They got me in quick. But a day after my pedicure, I never felt such a terrible pain in my big toe.. ever. The throbbing has been unbearable and the pain would not allow me to walk & I can hardly put on a shoe. I don’t know if he cut my nail to short and deep in the corner or what it may be… but I’ve been in terrible pain and don’t know why. My right toe compared to my left to is noticeable. My right toe is clearly swollen, red, and bothered. My left big toe is perfectly fine. This is what will never want me to get my toes done ever again. I don’t know if my toe is now infected or what it may be… but I regret going. He also filed my nail hard that it was rubbing against my skin and left a skin burn on my right big toe. I’m never coming back to this place."

"I went in for a gel manicure and these pictures says it all. The lady nail technician seemed that she was rushed. She left my nails blotchy and bumpy. You can tell that my nails needed more coats and she didn’t even clean the nail polish. I am very disappointed and I was planning on going back for them to fix them but I am traveling out of town, so I did not have time to go back and fix them. Definitely do NOT recommend this place."

"I went there for a pedicure. It was a gift from my daughter. I treated myself years ago somewhere else and was very dissapointed. The staff at Lotus Nails are anything but. I sat in a massage chair the entire time, that alone saved me a trip to the chiropractor. By the time she finished, my ugly feet were actually pretty. Who knew? The calluses make my feet hurt and my shoes did not fit properly. Now they feel great. I have 65 yr. old feet. They have lived. This woman could not fix everything, but did more than my podiatrist ever imagined. And my feet look great at the end of it. I wish I knew her name, I am very sorry, but she was absolutely lovely."

"My husband and I came here for pedicures. We came in as walk-ins and they took us in right away. It was a very nice experience. They were very friendly and accommodating and they did a really thorough job. They paid attention to detail and were upfront with pricing and options. They used a timer for the massage which was nice, so that we knew we were receiving the service we paid for. The massage chairs seem new and they were very comfortable. We both had a really great experience and will be back. Thank you!"

"When you walk into this establishment it is very clean and not cluttered at all. Their restroom is so clean and smells good. I can appreciate that they not only have a trash can but a recycling bin. Decor and music is very relaxing. They have plenty of colors to choose from. Regular and gel polish. Appointment was made at 0945, they called at 0947, I was literally parking. They will only wait for 5 minutes past your appointment time. They sit me and leave my feet in water for 20 minutes. The worker began and it is just like any other pedi I've received. I chose the Heavenly Pedicure. So that was a little better with the leg and foot massage. No drinks were offered like in other places but I do love their massaging chairs that lay you back. Nice place and I'll probably revisit."
