"Bad customer service: I came into the salon for my first time on a Thursday for a full ombre acrylic set. The nail technician on table #1 (bald man) was questioning what shades of arycelic powder to use for the ombre effect. After much debate with the other technicians, he completed the set. I was charged $55 but unhappy with the shaping of the nails, and he placed the powder touching my cuticles. It wasn't even 4 days later when I started experiencing lifting at the root and had already lost a couple of nails. I went back to the salon to display my disappointment. The man technician was upset and did not want to claim the nails as his work. The salon manager offered to fix the nails, but at that point, I just wanted the reminder of the nails removed. The man technician was assigned to remove the 4 nails I had left, he took them off in a rude manner and even gave me the nail clippers to take them off myself while he reclined in his chair and crossed his arms. The manager saw his deminor towards me and offered me a pedicure to make up for the bad experience. I took her up on her offer. Once the pedicure was done, the salon manager wanted to charge me for gel removal, plus the difference in price from the basic pedicure package, which came out to $40. In conclusion, I won't be returning to this salon. I do not feel like the salon has its customers' satisfaction as a priority."
