"Really enjoyed this beauty supply store, tons of product. Especially loved their coloring products line especially all the unicorn hair dye colors. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking and handicapped parking. Very clean store."

"If I could, I’d give a 0 star rating. I purchased a product recommended by an employee having hope that it would work in the way she described. The product did not work whatsoever so I went back a day later to get a refund or even store credit. When I got there, the cashier who was helping us quickly told me that I wasn’t allowed a refund or store credit even though a refund is guaranteed if the customer is not satisfied."

"The man that “assisted” us was the most unspecific unhelpful person I’ve experienced in this location. To top it all off he inappropriately made fun of my 3 year old when she was upset. Horrible customer service, completely unprofessional."
