New NP from January 2022, has terrible Grammer, does not listen to the patient, nor does she know her basic medical knowledge. I feel like I have brought husband Into a highschool class playing dress up."

My fiancé and I were denied medical care with no reasoning other than “we don’t have to give you a reason!” Were refused names of the staff we were trying to report, and repeatedly left on hold until we either hung up or one of the receptionists would hang up without saying a word."

"My fiancé and I were declined for absolutely no reason we have nothing in our background checks that would constitute them to deny us medical care and when asked why we were declined we were very rudely told they didn’t have to have a reason. Oh also I was accepted before I called them to tell them that they should handle someone with mental health issues a little more gently and then I was told they did nothing wrong and was told I also would not be accepted at this."
