"Horrible experience!!! The quality of work is sad!!! I paid $80 to have two nails pop off in less then 5 days!! Top it off when I noticed the nail technician putting on Gloss coat when I simply asked for Matte, you would think they would remove the gloss coat then apply the matte coat on top. later nails came out looking clumpy. I’m not a person to complain.but this is not okay!! I returned back to give them a second chance to fix the situation and still horrible experience. Technician mentioned he had an appointment he had to go to and the one that did my nails was on vacation.I called in advance they scheduled me to go in and then to find out to return for the third time because they couldn’t make it rights this is not okay!!!"
